3,000 sf first generation tenant finish for the Blue Island Oyster Bar restaurant. Features include open kitchen, large oyster bar with sculptural ceiling cloud and lighted decorative cove along the north and south walls. Careful coordination with the architect and building owner during construction to avoid damaging the post-tensioned slab. Construction began in May, 2015 and completed by mid-September, 2015.
