Project Data: A 20,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building, featuring 5,000 sq. ft. of tenant finish space. Kahn Construction evaluated the original drawings for a tilt-up design and successfully redesigned them into a pre-engineered metal building while maintaining the architectural features submitted to Arapahoe County. This redesign resulted in substantial cost savings of $700,000 through value engineering.
