PROJECT DATA: 9,000 sf renovation of an office building on historic South Gaylord Street in Denver into a co-working office space. The renovation consisted of a complete interior demolition and renovation of the internal structure to support a new roof deck patio and entertainment space as well as a new storefront façade.
