PROJECT DATA:  57,200 sf indoor tennis facility consisting of a post-tensioned concrete slab, with a hybrid structure of cast-in-place concrete and air-supported fabric dome.  Kahn was involved throughout the design and entitlement process, which required subdividing the existing lot into two separate lots and negotiating access easements with the adjacent lot.   Kahn provided preliminary pricing and design recommendations throughout the design process to keep the project within budget.
