Kahn Construction Corporation is a Colorado-owned and operated general construction company, established in 1990, specializing in commercial ground-up design-build construction, pre-construction services, construction management, and renovation projects. For thirty years and counting, our diversified experience sets us apart in the industry and our expertise doesn’t stop at one type of client or project. At any given time, we may have a five-story condominium on one side of town and a restaurant tenant-finish on the other. Decades of experience and repeat clients enable us to complete a wide variety of projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, office, educational, restaurant, recreational, retail, and industrial facilities.

Whether you work with Kahn Construction for the first time or the tenth time, you will notice a bond that only comes from working together, through thick and thin, recessions and pandemics, for more than thirty years. Tom Kahn started Kahn Construction in 1990, after years of experience in the field and in the office, and half of his current staff have been here with him since then or shortly thereafter. It also doesn’t surprise anyone when we get a call from a client who we worked with decades ago.

As a Colorado general contractor, Kahn Construction offers services in commercial design-build construction, pre-construction services, construction management, and renovation projects.

Our team provides years of experience constructing and managing ground-up buildings, interior finish, renovation, tilt wall, steel frame, and wood frame projects. In addition to project management, on-site supervision, and team coordination, our expertise includes carpentry, installation of trim, millwork, doors, frames, hardware, specialties, architectural finishes, and site clean-up.

Over the years, our team fostered lasting relationships with some of Colorado’s best subcontractors, suppliers, and other skilled tradespeople. The combination of these relationships and our project management and design-build experience enables us to provide value engineering and systems cost analysis, saving time and money for our clients.

A general contractor’s reputation is only as good as the relationship established with an owner, developer, architect, and subcontractor. Our principal focus from thirty years ago to today is to work as a team member to build projects with the greatest value and workmanship attainable.
