Blue Island Oyster Bar AND SEAFOOD- Denver and Lone Tree
The first Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood is a 3,000sf first-generation tenant finish seafood restaurant in the exclusive Cherry Creek North shopping district in Denver, Colorado. The project required close coordination between the owner’s architect, general contractor, and landlord’s consultants regarding penetrations to the post-tensioned concrete foundation. This is the second restaurant for this client that Kahn Construction built. The first and the one that connected and developed our strong long-term relationship with the owner is Humboldt Kitchen + Bar, also in Denver.
The 4,512sf Blue Island Oyster Bar and Seafood in Lone Tree, Colorado included a complete tenant finish for the premier design our client required for this location in the Lincoln Commons At RidgeGate shopping center.
